CEO of Pan-Universal Galactic Worldwide

John is a highly experienced transmedia executive and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in comics and book publishing, video games, tabletop games, and collectables. He specializes in building and directing teams to develop and deploy IP across multiple mediums with an emphasis on growing and maintaining strong fan communities.

John Barber

John Barber is the former Editor-In-Chief of IDW Publishing and a longtime writer of Transformers comics (and other media). Prior to that, he was a freelance writer and editor at both IDW (overseeing the Hasbro line of comics) and Marvel.

Maven of Publishing, Beating Heart Books

Maryelizabeth's role as Maven of Publishing, Beating Heart Books is an extension of her lifelong enthusiasm for bringing stories and readers together. She co-founded Mysterious Galaxy independent genre book store in 1993, and has been a passionate reader, editor, and reviewer for decades.

Chris Ryall

Chris Ryall is a comic-industry historian and the former President, Publisher, and CCO of IDW Publishing, and executive producer on Netflix’s Locke & Key. He is currently the co-founder of Image Comics imprint Syzygy, a freelance writer/editor/packager, and co-creator of Paramount Studio’s in-development series, The Bullpen.

Blaise boasts a keen awareness of both pop culture and counterculture. With an extensive background in writing, comedy, and graphic design, he has worked for decades to elevate brands in both the entertainment industry and non-profit sector. In 2024, he is set to launch a new young adult book series with 3WS.
